At B.Nurtured, sessions are intentionally spaced and thoughtfully prepared, with time held just for you.
To help keep things flowing fairly for everyone, the following booking policy applies.

Appointments
Bookings can be demonstrated online via our scheduling system. Once booked, you’ll receive a confirmation with further details and a link to complete your intake form prior to your session.


Changes and Cancellations
We understand that life and bodies don’t always go to plan. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please provide as much notice as possible so the time can be offered to another client.

• Changes or cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% fee

• Same-day cancellations or non-attendance (no-shows) will incur a 100% fee

These policies help support the sustainability of a small, appointment-based practice.


Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may need to be shortened to avoid impacting other bookings.
The full session fee will still apply, as the time has been reserved for you.


Illness or Unexpected Circumstances
If you are feeling unwell or experiencing unexpected circumstances, please reach out as soon as possible.
Each situation will be considered with care and discretion.
